Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please know that I hold sacred space in our work together.
My Refund and Cancellation policy, along with other terms and conditions, are offered as a loving container of safety and trust for all concerned.
A little like river banks, clear boundaries offer an easeful and grace filled channel of flow.
Even the ocean has a sea bed, and coasts; foundation and edges.

Transformation Sessions and Mentoring Sessions, whether purchased individually or as a block of four Sessions, are non-refundable.
Such Sessions may be able to be rescheduled, by negotiation; in this case, at least 24 hours notice is required as standard Practice.
Rescheule of Mentoring Sessions is subject to my availability and not a given.
Please arrive on time for your Session; scheduled times are adhered to in respect of us both.

The Saltwater Songlines Online Mentoring and Group Program
Once you Register for this Program, full Fees are due as per individual Payment Plan prior arrangement.
All Fees within this Program are non-refundable.
Missed Sessions (“no show”) without prior notice will forfeit that Session, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Movement Monastery Class Series
Once you Register for a Class Series, payment is non-refundable.
All Class Sessions are recorded, and available for download for one month after the final class in that series.

Digital products, including Online Home Study Courses such as EASSy, Meditation Audios, eBooks, are non refundable.


When a Workshop, Event, or online Course is hosted by another studio or entity, the host's cancellation policy applies.

Please know, that at the heart of my cancellation or refund policies, deep respect and fairness to all parties concerned is the arbitrator.

Additional Information for Live Events and Sessions (on hold at the moment)

A detailed Welcome document is emailed to you when you schedule your initial private yoga Assessment session. My Terms and Conditions, late arrival, cancellation, and missed class policy for private yoga sessions and yoga classes is within.

Embodied Terrain Yoga Intensives, Yoga and Scoliosis Teacher Training, both have their own individual Terms documentation. Cancellation Policies are described therein. A copy of the relevant document will be emailed to you after your Complimentary Chat, with your invitation to Register.
